Poison Resistance is a Medal in Bug Fables. It reduces the chance of an ally being poisoned by 50%. Equipping one will also make the ally immune to item-induced poisoning.
Usage
It is useful against enemies or bosses which can inflict Poison, like the Spider. Its effect is stackable, meaning that when two of these medals are equipped on a single ally, their chance of being poisoned is reduced by 100%, granting them immunity. It is also useful to gain the beneficial effects of certain items, such as Cooked Danger without the beneficiary being poisoned afterwards.
How to Acquire
There are 2 Poison Resistance medals available. It can be found at the earliest during Chapter 1, in Snakemouth Den.

Bought from Merab's shop for 35 berries, available when Chapter 2 begins.
