Frostbite is a Medal in Bug Fables. It halves the damage an ally receives while frozen, reflects melee damage, and gives a chance to inflict Freeze on enemies which make direct contact.
Usage
It is defensively useful against enemies or bosses which can inflict Freeze, like The Watcher. The chance to freeze enemies is an added bonus when fighting enemies which attack by making direct contact with the ally.
It is beneficial to use with low defense, as if the player has a higher defense than the damage dealt to them, they actually start healing the enemy.
How to Acquire
There is 1 Frostbite medal available. It can be found in Chapter 4 at the earliest in the Sand Castle.

By heading to the room west of the central room, and using Kabbu's Beetle Dig to move through a crack in the wall, this hidden medal can be found.
Trivia
- Prior to version 1.1, the description read "Reduces a frozen ally's damage taken by half, and gives a chance to freeze the striking enemy upon contact".
