Shay is a shady Mosquito who resides in the eastern part of the market in Defiant Root. He is one of the Spy Card masters, his clue being "Taking shade, always cool." He rewards you with 10 berries after winning a rematch with him in Spy Cards.

Vi: "Shady mosquitos are everywhere, huh."
Leif: "Hey. The juice seller in the Golden Settlement is honest."
